Sonisah Meditation

Introducing Sonisah Meditation: A new genre of meditation that blends original music and guided meditation for transformation, presence, and hope. Sonisah meditation is co-created from the composer's real-life experience. The name for this genre blends sonus (Latin for sound) and nisayon (Hebrew for experience through trial)—reflecting its purpose: a deeply integrated practice where music and mindfulness are woven together to reflect and transform real-life struggle.
A Sonisah Meditation is not simply music with a voiceover. It’s an intentional process where the music is composed in response to a challenging experience—illness, grief, maternity, mental health—and the meditation is written in deep connection to that experience. Each one is created to support others who are facing that same kind of challenge, crafted to ease anxiety, shift thought patterns, restore clarity, and invite hope.
Whether navigating illness, uncertainty, or change, Sonisah Meditations are designed to calm the nervous system, open the heart, and gently guide the listener toward inner clarity, self-compassion, and transformation.

WHAT PEOPLE SAY
"As I lay in the hospital for a month and quarantined at home, I truly wish I had been able to listen to the meditative words and beautiful music to soothe and bring peace and joy to my recovery. Even now as I listen, it brings a warmth to my soul that I need each day."
