As a wife, mother, and meditation coach, I guide others in bringing mindfulness into the middle of real life—into parenting, work, relationships, and everyday challenges. My passion is helping people just like you move "from survive to thrive" through simple, powerful mindfulness practices that actually fit into your life.
My Story
I walked out of my daughter’s room again—frustrated, in tears. She was crying too. And the hardest part was knowing it was me. She was just a little girl with big feelings, and I wasn’t being the mom she needed. Why did this keep happening? I had tried everything—reading parenting articles, talking with friends, studying scripture, praying to God (a lot). But nothing seemed to make a lasting difference. I felt like I was giving my all, yet inside I was still stressed, reactive, and overwhelmed. My thoughts and feelings felt out of my control, not just as a mom, but in so many areas of my life. Then came meditation and mindfulness. A friend invited me to join a 40-day challenge (which I don’t believe was a coincidence). That small “yes” became the beginning of an awakening. Over the next three years, I studied, practiced, experimented, and eventually certified as a meditation and mindfulness coach. Through that journey, I discovered something life-changing: the peace and power of Jesus Christ are accessible. We can heal. We can re-train our minds. We can move from surviving to thriving—in ways that are simple, gentle, and transformative. That transformation lit a fire in me. I knew I couldn’t keep what I had discovered to myself—I wanted to help others find the same peace, clarity, and strength I had found.
Outside of my meditation work you will find me laughing around the dinner table with my family, looking forward to date nights, playing fetch with our golden retriever, and stopping for deep breaths in the sunshine.
